We accept exchanges and refunds of unworn, unwashed and unmarked items within 30 days upon delivery. All sales are final after 30 days. Do you want to receive Store Credit instead of a refund? We will gift you an additional 10% of the amount paid for the product/products If you wish to receive a Store Credit instead of a refund. The value will be added to your Studio K Rewards account.
Our Refund/Exchange Policy in short
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to issue your refund/exchange. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
- If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please email email@example.com before returning the item.
- Returns should be sent to our headquarters in Bali or Sweden depending on your location. We will provide you with the address. Please do not re-ship your return to our Bali address without first speaking with us.
- The shipping costs for the return is covered by the customer.
- All sale items are final sale, meaning we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items. If you need assistance choosing the proper size please feel free to email us before ordering and we would be happy to help.

Instructions for returning goods
- If you wish to make a return or exchange, send us an e-mail containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and an explanation of which item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and why.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to issue your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged.
- If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
- If the product is used, washed or or damaged we can't accept a refund. Hence we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item.
